do i need to see the doc or just wait for it to come out by itself.. not sure whether it'll come out by itself :( pls advise

Are you for real? This is your eye you are talking about, go to your Doctor. Blindness is permanent.

Try splashing your eyes with water. Don't touch your eyes too much. If it isn't coming out, definitely go see the doctor, it can cause serious damage if you're not careful.

slash your eyes with cold water
do not rub them
take a cloth and breath into it apply to your eyes
i really think yuo should go to a doctor
never compromise when it comes to your eyes

nothing can get to the back of your eye,wash with water and rest it ,it will be scratched
