My PC just won't uninstall this two software, Adobe Premiere and DB2. These software does not have it's own uninstaller, and Add/Remove program encounter error trying to uninstall it
It says InstallShield encounter some error and so on...
How can I fix this problem and remove that two software?

It seems as if those two software were corrupted which is why it isnt uninstalling properly - like a part of the uninstall was removed imporperly. This has happen to me b4 so I would go to Start Run Regedit and manually delet it like that - once you go there do a search for the software by putting in the name and deleting whatever comes up

Make sure they are not running in the background. That is normally why it will not uninstall.

You can go into 'program files' and remove the parent folder.
