Women rech their sexual peak somewhere between 30 and 40 and it last for 5 to 10 years. It is very important when that happens. Just think about how most men feel in their late teens and twenties.

It is just as extremely important as it is for anyone at any adult age. Sex is a basic human need, if you don't agree, try going without it. And that means no masturbation too. That is not good for the psyche.

It's just as important to me now as it was in my 20's actually probably more so - but men over 45 - not so sure about!!!!
