Yes I definitely do. Now look at sensitive in two ways. Consider that they are sensitive about their weight, and how people think of them, and consider how sensitive they are about relationships as well. What I mean is that girls that are overweight are not only sensitive about their weight, but they are sensitive when they become involved with a guy. The very small, kind things you might say to them is received so kindly, that their reaction might be that of you proposing marriage. By the same token, even slightly hurtful things you might say are magnified so much, that they may never speak to you again. Be truthful in your compliments, they are sensitive enough to see through insincerity.
Oh, and by the way, NEVER say...."Hey, for a fat girl you sure don't sweat much."

they might... cuz a lot of them get picked on by others in school when they are young.
