Absolutely! If there is any draw to Harbin, it would be the Ice Festival. It is an annual ice sculpture festival and definitely worth going! It is especially beautiful at night with all the crystal ice sculptures lit up in all different colors - well deserve the fame and the temperature! Of course, bring plenty of film and dress warm!

Actually, you should get moving for the hotels, since it's quite popular, you don't want to wait until all the hotels are sold out. If you need help with arranging the tour in Harbin, I would be more than happy to help you, just contact me through our website: www.jiasdreamtours.com

I had to travel to Harbin for work during the month of December and it was great. The Ice Festival was fantastic and the snow was so thick!! At night, the ice sculptures were lighted and it looks like a fairyland. Penguins and other cute animals were cut out from blocks of snow and displayed around the city. Just beautiful!!

Of course it was freezing but it was worth visiting Harbin during the winter months.

The above guy without a name is right, the Harbin Ice Festival is the biggest annual event of Harbin, and one of the biggest winter events in China.

Actually, you do NOT want to travel there during the summer because it's scorching hot (while the winter is freezing cold)

But if you can stand the cold, the ice sculpture show is SO WORTH VISITING>
