Will we continue discarding the old and sick of our society like we always have or are we gonna do something about it like we always say we will?
Maybe that's why jesus is taking so long to come back...because you dont get it.

The old and sick are disregarded? No hospital is allowed to deny medical treatment in a life threatening situation.
We should also prepare for our older years ourselves and take some responsibility for our own families and loved ones.
If this is a call for universal healthcare you just dial another number because nobody is going to answer that phone here in the US, thank goodness.
Do I really want a department run like the DMV taking care of me in my old age????????

We used to just leave the old and the sick behind when the Tribe moved on. We have come a little ways since then. Now we tend to stick them in Homes and forget about them. Getting old looks to be a very very depressing thing.

We are all focusing on the lesson that Jesus told us that the only way for us to get to heaven is through him. We forget that Jesus also told us a parable about a Good Samaritan.
