Ok... Can someone please provide more information? I've said that my RF modulator does not have a plug. It has nothing I see to connect it to that would charge it. Therefore, what do I do? A "power brick"? I don't know what this is. Is there anyone out there who can supply a comprehensive answer please?

If the modulator is dead, would the antenna input still work? Because it is. But the video inputs aren't.

Yes, they have a small power brick.

Antenna should probably work even with no power, because it is simply pass-through (antenna signal is already modulated).

For video to go through, you need to modulate it, which requires power. Make sure though though that you set your box to receive signal from the video input and not from antenna. There must be some sort of a switch there.
