Part of the problem is that Yahoo doesn't really give a definition for what they consider to be chatting. I don't know what it is, but I know when I see it?

I'd say about 5% to 10% are chatting, based on the community guidelines definition of chatting.

At least a few of them seem to be inside jokes or innuendo between a few people. Some I answer anyway, and just put a clever remark. lol

I think we all have a different idea of what constitutes chatting.Of coarse mine is right and yahoos is wrong!!!
