1, 2 (checks for smell), 3, 4, 5....
Nothing smells bad when i count...
Oh wait...
Here are a few suggestions
Turn on the overhead fan...
Light a match...
keep spray air freshener handy...
Refresh your personal perfume (emergency coverup while out)...
Open a window...
Light a smelly candle...
Less successful things include
Coughing loudly...
Dirty socks hung from the ceiling...
Cat litter box in the bathroom (it works in a way...but not really a good way)...
Telling your friends to check out the cool new faucet then saying "who cut one" after they enter...
Signs that say "hold your nose"...
Keeping your pet skunk locked in the bathroom...
and Not flushing ever...
I suggest you avoid those last few common mistakes... they dont work well.
Candles are my scent of choice... just dont burn the house down... that could be bad.

I don't. Well I turn on the fan, that's it. No point in covering it up, everyone's poop stinks and the smell only stays there for a little bit anyway for most people.

Light a match. There's also this air freshner at WalMart called Ozium air sanitizer. I found it in the car refreshener area. It's awesome.

i do courtesy flushes... i flush while im going once or twice adn thenif its bad iv heard youc an light a match and it helps, but you know there is this stuff now that youc an drop in the water before you go and it eliminates the odor...

I keep on the fan. Do the courtesy flushes, light one match...let it go out and then light a second match. Then spray.

Have the fan on and spray some air freshener (my fave is Country Garden by Glade).

Umm... yuck!
Usually before I go I plug in the liquid potpourri pot and after that I spray Lysol everywhere!
