Yes, I try to do that in my daily life. Like inserting coins in a parking meter, or buying someone a cup of coffee or sending a gift or toy to some children who will never know me.
I do it because I think the world needs some kindness. I do it because I believe we are not separate. I do it because someone did that for me many times over. I am just trying to repay that kindness. It is addictive.....
Just as the opposite will have the same effect. Violent behavior begets violence.
