rti i.e. the right to information act is incomplete..some people say...what pointers can we put against that...that is in favour of the rti act...in india

The RTI Act is not at all incomplete. It was proposed in the year 2000 and passed in the year with amendments in 2005.

The working is quite simple - you have to fill a form which you can avail from the post office, fill your details and ask your question. Depending upon your question the number of days for the answer is decided. Normally you get the information within a month.

The problem creeps in with the working of this system. People's inefficiency leads to make the effort incomplete.
