its spring but realy hot here in aust what should i wear?

dates to the movies can be a lot of fun, and basically as far as wardrobe, you have variety of choices. something slightly dressy, yet still casual will do, considering you're being accompanied by a date. consider first and foremost your body type and what you feel most comfortable in. a pretty colorful spring dress, with heeled sandals, or a sparkly blouse over a denim mini. just remember, to keep it sexy not cheap, so leave some for the imagination. women tend to make this mistake too often. light colors are perfect for this season, and since you'll be sitting in the dark, it'll make you stand out much more. good luck.

you are a girl? Becky? well in that case - and if you have a nice body (I live in Sydney) - why not wear some really nice jeans (it still gets cool at night) and one of those cute baby-doll type tops. If you have longer hair wear it half up/down and some pretty earrings. Just natural makeup. Otherwise, there are some gorgeous dresses to buy at the moment - even Target have nice ones!! If you are a bit bigger girl, get some nice black bootleg cut jeans and wear with some really pretty black wedges - wear with a pretty cross over type or one of the pretty loose nice tops - Sussans has some nice ones at the moment and even Jeans West if you don't want to spend too much -
If you are a blonde - aim for aqua blues and whites
If you are brunette - go for reds, whites and navy
If you are a red-head - jade green
Have a look in Portmans - they have some gorgeous clothes right now in that beautiful deep blue.
Have a wonderful time - don't forget - the best thing to wear is a smile!!! Are you going to see Hairspray? I really want to see that.

I would wear jeans or light weight pants...and a nice shirt that is flattering...nothing to hot since the weather is hot out...but nothing to casual either...let this person know you are into the date...if you have longer hair you could put it up so that you stay cooler and that is cute as well...

A sun dress would be nice.
Although it won't matter much-- the movie theater is generally dark anyway.
