Im 20 years old and in college that has mostly girls and not one of them think I am attractive.

I shower every single day, and I have read that book, I don't gawk at them.

I just don't even bother talking to them anymore because it's pointless to attempt it.

I decided to ignore them. I even tried reverse psychology by pretending to not be attracted to them.

its not them, its you who makes them to pass you by. its not your attractive body or face, its your personality that should attract them.

Because you are to concerned as to why girls are just passing you by!!! Don't trip over something so trivial. I guarantee you that if you just live your life and have fun and do things for you.. people are going to notice. Rome was not built in a day right?!!!
Patience and good times will definitely be the cure to your situation.

Since you didn't give any details in your Q, it is hard to say, but I will say that one way to greatly increase your chances of have a gf, is to:
A- TAKE A BATH AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK
B- DON'T GAWK AT THEM
C- READ THE BOOK "HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE by DALE CARNEGIE.

You may be virtually invisible if you are too quiet.
You may scare them if you aren't.
Or they may just not have any taste.
Talk to them like a friend an something else may develop.

maybe they don't see you nor recognized or something in you that they've seen and ignore you or pretend you don't exist.try to change what you are now.and sure they will notice you change your appearance or something that will make you stand out from the rest.good luck
