i had a fling for only a few days with a girl.i then stopped.after this she told her man everything about what we did.her man now is sending me all these text messages pretenting he is someone else and trying to wined me up.he also got a hold of my password (she told him) for my internet phone account and is always keeping a tab on my phonecalls and ringing random people (and hanging up) that i just rang.he now got all my email contacts and sent a letter to every one of my friends in my address book slandering my name and saying very nasty things about me,and telling everyone in my address bk that they should not be friends with me and to forget about me cause i am not worth it.i never met this fellow.i once said i would like to meet him but he never showed up!!
my question is what should i do about this and he is hacking into all my personnel life spreading vicios rumors and it is not going to stop.so please give me advise on what to do???

First of all are you M or F? What country are you in? If you are in America you can just change your numbers...CHANGE THEM...get your life back and stop giving stupid girls your password to your important items, like phone and internet. You got yourself into this now get yourself out and stop crying about it. Anybody who is your true friend is going to see that somehow you got yourself into a tryst, and obviously this person is a vindictive as* to try to ruin your life. I would not give up my friend because I got a txt message from some idiot saying that they were not worth it and so on...I would be like, dayum dude, what you do to piss that guy off??? hehe...but no loss of friendship, so dont sweat it. Just tell the guy in no uncertain terms that you will not take this harassment any longer and that if it continues you will take legal action, that you have enough proof now, to take legal action and that it could result in a protective order against both of them or worse. You are not allowed to do what he is doing. *by the way, SLANDER is when you are saying something untruthful about a person but if he is saying the truth then you really dont have him in that way but STALKING and HARASSMENT could be used as long as you tell the person who is doing it that you do not wish for them to contact you or in any way harass you further and try to get it in writing so you can put a date on the offenses, and write each offense in a journal which is legal to do if your in the US. So hun, good luck, go see an attourney and get things rolling because you do not deserve to be made miserable over a mistake that is allready in the past. Take Care.-Rachel

Call the police and file a restraining order on him. People these days can get sued over slander.
Once you filed a restraining order on him, he will not be able to contact your friends or send any messages of any kind. -He will not be able to even send you smoke signals.
Call the police every time you hear from him, or even through your friends. That guy will quit unless he likes his stay in JAIL. It can get pretty expensive for him and he'll learn to leave you alone. -Good luck and God Bless.

Change your passwords and your phone number. cut off all contact with both of them, the fling girl and her man. If it persist look in to a restraining order. Don't have any more "flings".

Print out all the emails that he has sent to you. Keep a record of all the text messages he has sent. Any communication from him to you or to any of your friends - get a record of all that. Compile and document the number of times he has contacted you - dates, times, for how long, what he said/did. Take it all down to the police department and fille charges of harrassment. They will investigate. If you feel like you have experienced mental anguish, take him to small claims court and sue him for $5000 for harrassment and mental anguish. This should stop him and prevent him from doing it to other people.

when did you have time to give this girl all your info ? you were only with her for a few days. i havent given passwords to women i was in love with.
next time, concentrate on the sex.
change all passwords, change your email address,
get a new cell number.

This is a federal crime! Call the F.B.I. as soon as possible. They will take you seriously and he will be doing time in federal prison.
