i know you can be anorexic not through extreme restriction but from moderate restriction and over exhaustion through exercise...

what are the "requirements"

*i guess it is more commonly referred to it as compulsive exercising

when your muscle are hurting but you do exercise anyway and do it for at least an hour or two everyday

There's no exact way.
But usually when you're exercising too much your body sets off tiny alarms telling you to stop. If you ignore those alarms and keep exercising even when your body's telling you that you're doing physical harm to yourself. That is when you are over exercising
