Ummmm! I'm tellin yahoo police about this and you will be made to read every word! No matter what religion, no matter how many quotes of their books, you will read it all sista! Now stop being so ding dang diddley impatient and listen to what I have to say about your problem because I know I am right and you are wrong and you think you are mo betta than me and you think that your God is nicer than my God, but I happen to know truth and you don't, and I will tell, as I previously stated, and if you are not good and nice and sweet to a certain crusty old, geetar strummin, flapjackin, blackberry pie lovin, coffee drinkin, gwanny hatin, hot lubbin man with extra clean teeth, then my God won't like you and I will be sad because you will be living with satan forever and he will not let you get used to the heat no matter how long you have tanned, he will make it hotter and he will be meanest to you and make you sit next to, or stand next to or, hang out next to, Mike, Bob, Baboon man and crusty and do whatever satan makes you do down there or in the center of the earth or where ever the hell it is anyway, so be good purdy gerl! Oh I'm jist gettin warmed up! That is what satan sez, he sez, not Al Pachino. Can you tell it is 3:00 in the darn morning and I am deliriously tired and lovin my creative, freakoid, spontaneous invention of ideas and sending them to your head and guess what? I can say whatever I want to you cuz no one else will probably read this so I won't even hit spell check and so, how the heck is crusty anyway? Hey, I did not even capitalize his name! Twice! Now that is just natural disrespect, I mean, I did not mean to disrespect crusty, cuz I don't want my mom or your God to get mad at me and make me say over and over, "get out my heart devil!" or, whilst I'm in hell, make me sit next to the adams family peeps next door, or the man with the rice knees and an eternal cold, extra tissue kinda cold, (God forbid I get that seat!) Or what if he suffered from a cold such as the type one gets when living down the street from Chris and Gilbert, and I had to sit next to him then, huh? With none other than super troll on my left, with a cold, and, hey wait, can one even catch a cold in hell? Is there a manual? God really knows I'm just kiddin around and he forgives me for the long winded answer with all the marvelous inside jokes that make life so precious, friendships so sublime, so unique and cherished. I love you purdy gerl princess pup. Elenore sends her love by the way. Hey, maybe her and ducktails could get together, hmmm? There damn straight will be a test in the morning on this answer. Hey can you E me back the trailor for sale or sex song? I want to show it off and I'll know if you read this . HA! Will I be reported if my answer is too long?

It can be interesting to read answers that are lengthy, but in the R&S section they often are just proselytizing rants.

I have found in the physics and astronomy sections, there are answers that are generally thoughtful and coherent. Some answers simply take time to explain difficult concepts.

It does seem that in R&S the idea that an answer might be thoughtful and worth reading is lost on most people. I guess arguing about whether or not god exists or whether islam or christianity is a better religion when no one can prove or disprove their thesis makes for a dull enterprise.

It also helps to be a literate writer or reader.

I do. I find it very touching that someone would want to answer with such passion. If, however, I find the answer is a cut-and-paste or the tone of it is ridiculously apocryphal I move right along. If I've asked a question, though, that moves someone to write a decent and long response I always appreciate the heck out it.

I'd make this longer but hey, you know... ;-)

It comes naturally to my mind, sometime you must look up a question, but not often, with clear mind and health nothing will stop you!

You can learn to live without looking things up, by reading allot.

By study and ponder the works of great people, men and women.

Start here The New Testament, and the life of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I don't mind long answers. I have an atention span of more than a few seconds. D'you know, I can even manage to read a book from time to time. So, a few paragraphs on the internet won't bother me too much.

I have answered a few long ones, but they must get my interest in some way. I hate questions from people giving me all the silly details of their romance, or non-romance, without any background really. A lot of long questions seem like rants to me.

That's very short answer by Margarita - can hardly read it. Takes a bit of time to get over it. So write something Marg.

The long involved ones are not fun to read and follow. I like the shorter ones and like to answer them the same way, short and sweet.

Why would you ask a question if you do not want to read the answers? As mentioned if they are copy and paste spam I get it, but if I ask a question and someone takes the time to write a good answer why would I not read it.
