When you can't apologize to anyone, when you really screwed up?
What do you do?

If you are really sorry then why can't you apologise for it?

To not apologise is to be arrogant and have no regard for the injured party.

Apologising is the best way I know of finding peace - within yourself and with the person you hurt.

When you apologise you are taking personal responsibility for your actions and that is when the healing starts.

I can forgive anyone anything if they apologise from the heart and mean it.

If you believe in God or a higher power, sometimes apologizing to someone/something greater than you are can help. Also, making a firm commitment to change your future behavior and to help fix what you've damaged can be positive steps toward healing.

Ultimately, you have to get to a point where you can forgive yourself. So, taking action in a way that will help you shed the guilt you carry is pretty important.

I do not know why you can't apologize? If it is that bad let the person cool off then try at a later time. Or you could put it in writing. Tell em how you feel.
Most of the time when you write it sends a powerful message.

- forgive yourself - don't beat yourself up over whatever it is
- give whoever it is a bit of space
- if you can't apologize, perhaps leave something for them [eg chocolate] in a place where they'll find it and know its from you
- i'ld advise not to leave a explanatory note just yet - coz if i was that person, i'ld chuck it out, or ***** over it - perhaps a simple note that says sorry is okayish [depend on person and situation]

hope it all gets sorted out

Make amends when possible, put it behind you and move forward. You can not change one second of the past but you can make the future much different. Do not repeat the same mistake twice.
