Says who?? How can a person (or anything for that matter) be a fake but never existed in the first place? If a person is "faking it, faking people out"--they would had to exist. Ya can't fake it if you don't exist to begin with. I guess the Bible was written for no real reason...wrong! This guy, Jesus, preached, taught, did miracles, was tortured, died on a cross, rose from the dead, ascended to Heaven for no reason? How many people can do these same things? None! No one but Jesus did or can do such things. Many people witnessed Him doing these things. They saw Him, they heard Him, they felt Him-ya have to be real for these things to take place. Jesus lived a long time ago. How could a person that lived at that time fake arising up into Heaven? He rose, by Himself, up, through the clouds. How? Were there helicopters back then?? Jesus did these things to forgive sins (yours included) and make eternal life in Heaven possible for all people, but you're rejecting it and attempting to make fun of Him. Please reconsider. You have everything to gain.

Esubius, Josephus, Philo disagree. Who are they you may ask? They were Roman Historians of the First Century that wrote accounts of the Life of Jesus, they were Officials of the Roman Government and as such had no reason to falsify reports. So your assertion that Jesus did not exist is historically inaccurate. Come back to see me in 2,000 years and show documentation that YOU Existed. I doubt that you can convince me that you exist now. I suspect that you are a advanced AI program, in short a Bot. Can you prove me wong beyond a shadow of a doubt?

I dare you to ask Jesus to be real to you. Say it and mean it deep down in your heart, not just words from your brain & mouth. You can even dare Jesus "If your real, I dare you to be real to me." But when unusual little things start happening, don't blow them off as coincidence. Sure 1 or 2 things could be coincidence, but the shear quantity of different little unusual things happening will defy statistics. He could do something big right off, but that usually scares people away, He wants to be your friend, so He'll be gentle and start small. I asked Him once to let me hear his voice with my ears, not only did my cat also hear His voice but she also saw Him and couldn't stop staring. Seriously, the cat was dozing 6 feet away from me, the voice came from about 9 feet away in a different direction from the cat and from where I was looking, not like I did anything to get the cat's attention, and there was no one near my house. And yes, my request was made silently.

It takes selective skepticism to believe Jesus did not exist. Lets say you're right for arguments sake. Then Christianity is truly an incredible phenomenon.

That is a statement not a question. And a patently false statement at that. The existence of Jesus is not disputed by any reputable scholar. We actually have more evidence that Jesus existed than we do George Washington.

Neither did George Washington exist. All the books and paintings etc. that depict him are a clever fraud used to justify the Revolutionary war. Nobody living today can say they ever saw him in person therefore he never existed.

At least by your logic...

How is that a question? I think that the facts are pretty clear that Jesus did exist. I believe he was a great man with a great message...that somehow got twisted over the years. (the message i mean!)
I think perhaps the people who claim to follow him should practice his ways.....

He existed, even the most secular historians concede that. The question is, was he the Son of God, crucified and resurrected to atone for the sins of humanity?

I'm going with yes.

How do you know that? Faith is believing in what you can not see. Believe what you want but he is real and what would you do if you came face to face? To say something never was then you would have to be very smart and know more than alot of people. Would you put your life on it? If not then you could be wrong and one day you will see.

Going by that logic neither did the ancient Romans or the ancient Greeks.
