I took him and they gave him a CT scan, said everything looked fine and sent us home writing it off as the stomach flu even though he had no fever. The next day he was still puking and hadn't had anything to drink or eat and no wet diapers, so I called his PEDs but they were booked, so I took him back to the ER and he ended up being admitted for a severe concussion, luckily nothing major though! He is home now and doing great. Thanks for the advice.

Absolutely. Take him to the nearest ER. Head trauma is nothing to be taken lightly, and vomiting after hitting the head is a sign of head trauma.

Yes, vomiting after a head injury is a reason to be concerned. He should be seen in an ER.

Yes, especially if he blacked out - puking after taking a head hit is the sign of a concussion, PLEASE get to the ER NOW.
