In what regard. I don't think so, because the President is just one part of our Government. He/she can sign Executive Orders and I guess declare war (sorry I'm fuzzy), but the Congress makes laws and the Supreme Court interprets them. The Congress has to present a budget to the President. Running the Government is not a one person show and can't do much without the Congress.

Well, perident makes dental products, so I don't think it would be a very good idea.
A good president is one who has good ideas, creative thinking, the ability to bring people together and deal with the inevitable dangerous situations that come up without being reactive. Skin color and sex have nothing to do with it.
