Baptism with water in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit is always 100% effective.

Nobody really knows how God handles unbaptized babies, but due to the effects of original sin, there's no guarantee, and not even a reasonable assurance of heaven.

Of course, those who do not believe in the necessity of baptism will disagree, but only a fool would take chances with his eternal salvation ... especially when it's so simple and easy to get baptized.

Absolutely.

Matt. 19:14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Only those who are accountable by knowing the truth, and openly rebel against it, are in danger of hell. Infants, little children, and adults in true ignorance need no baptism and are saved by grace without baptism.

For someone to suppose a child might not go to heaven just because they died without baptism are in and gall of bitterness and bonds of iniquity. It is a solemn mockery to the mercy and justice of God and those who think that way (not saying you do) are in danger of hell themselves.

Baptism is a solemn covenant to serve God, much like the marriage covenant, and is made by those who know the truth, are accountable, and DESIRE to be a part of the family of God by baptism. Infants cannot possibly understand the truth, or repent, or make covenants. When Catholics or others baptize infants, all they are doing is converting a living act of faith into a dead work, a worthless empty ritual, and deny their children the chance later to make their covenant with God when they are ready to make it.

Yes! There is an age of "accountability." An infant or, young child does not discern sin vs. non-sin! Therefore, how then would a loving God be able to judge an innocent? He can't! In as much, when one passes, its little soul returns to the Creator.

Well, if you think about it, if babies automatically go to Heaven, then they don't need God at all. They don't need to go to church with their parents, they don't need a loving Christian home, put them with the Wiccan babysitter. It's all good. Don't teach them a thing until the age of reason.

If babies need to be baptized first, then no baby is innocent at all, but some are saved by ... works, not faith.

If God chooses, then none of the above is in our hands. Maybe that's the way it should be.

Yes God will not suffer a child to go to hell that does not know right from wrong. Because we are born into a fallen state does not say that we are not worthy to return to God just because of birth. Jesus died on the cross for those who cannot make their own choice.

I believe so. Baptism, although a command from God, is only required pretty much just to show the body of believers that you have forsaken your life of sin to follow Christ. Innocent children who don't fully know right from wrong cannot possibly know to ask for forgiveness of something they didn't do with knowledge of sin.

Yes. Infant baptism is the washing away the stain of original sin only

Nope nor did any of the children that died when god cut-off that one nation for 400 years.

Now you will hear "christians" say yes he does because like always they change the bible into a metaphor, a parable, or they will say "he didn't mean it like that" if it doesn't sit right wiith them or doesn't fit into their everyday life.

If you are going to take the bible literally take the entire thing literally not just some of it.

Yes of course they go to heaven. Baptism does not save you. We are saved by grace through faith in Christ, not baptism.
