He's used to masturbating almost every night. But in college, he has 2 room-mates and his bed is squeaky. So he can't do it in his dorm.

You are so sensitive to worry about his sexual needs while he is gone. Bless you. But I suspect that he will eventually find a way. Possibly in a men's room stall after class when everyone has left the building, or a rest room in the student union bldg. He may even find a willing shower partner ( co-ed, that is).
He may never outgrow this need, but it will diminish with age, as the hormones slack off.

Maybe if he has really good aim he can do it in the toilets lol or if he does do it in the shower buy him a washcloth he can put it in so its not in the showers... other than that i think hes screwed... maybe he should take advantage of the times when his roommates arent in the room... other then that hes gotta adjust to the college life and just wait to see you on the weekends!

tell him to go to a rest stop, or public restroom and sit in an empty stall until someone enters the stall next to him. When the older gentleman in the stall next to him gets settled, tell your boyfriend to tap him foot 5 times, If the old guy next to him taps 5 times tell your boyfriend to slide his foot under the stall. If the man touches your boyfriends foot with his foot, its on. Full on man love.

Tell him to get a system with the roommates that if he hangs a certain thing on the door knob don't come in they can all have that system so once in a while they can have the room together

Wow coed bathroom dorms. Yikes things have changed.
I (in the olden days) heard of coed floors but we had single sex bathrooms.
I guess he has to plan around roomates class schedules is he always in class when they are?. It is still new in term as his roomates begin dating/hooking up or exams get going they will be around less. They might get jobs work? Tell him to hang in there just a bit longer. He just has to get crafty with knowing their schedules or go down to meet roomates in cafe for dinner (late) say he has to go to bathroom or call you privately or something. He'll figure it out.
Also he should learn to get the job down quicker and be crafty. increase his normal time from start to finish, sitting in his desk chair /under desk probably ideal, keeping pants close to waist for pulling up quickly & a book around. If guys walk in trust me I would imaginepotentially busted will have him go back to normal very fast

I hate to tell you this dear, but if he can't solve this problem on his own, he's not bright enough to be in college.
Before long he will flunk out and then he will be with you every day and he can flog himself whenever he wants without any problem.
