why didn't he write any of the bible? he had to be literate and most likely a polyglot as well. he is god... he could have taken care of not only writing part of the bible, but rewriting the whole bible as well, and translating it into a number of languages. but for some reason, in his entire life, he didn't write one meaningful verse which made it's way into the bible. how come?

so you mean he can create the universe out of nothing more than a thought and a snap of the fingers, but he can't make a book to go into the bible?

I think you must have research work to study the life of Jesus rather than believing what ppl said about Him, Jesus is not god but the Prophet/Messanger, if he would be god than he could have ordered anyone else to convey his message for mankind, and try to avoid criticising Jesus and other prophets, more over original bible is extinct for proof you will never have two copies of it identical from two different saints

Why would He rewrite the Bible? The Bible is filled with laws and saying of The Most High God. Why would Jesus distroy His Father's work by rewriting what has already been wroten? Also, at that time there were only three main languages..Hebrew, Aslamic, and Latin, in which all where used to write the Bible. Jesus only walked the Earth for 33 years. If He was to set at a desk and rewritting the Bible, He would have never fufilled His purpose of being brought to the Earth. He was to make clear the laws of the Bible who seeked wisdom, and was to save ALL sinners who came to Him. He is our living Savior. And His life, like all who dwells here was preordaned. He knew His life had a purpose...it just was not fully reveled to Him until God knew as tho it was time.

Most of the bible was wrote before Jesus was born. Jesus did not write any of the new testament but he was quoted by several of the authors of the new testament. I have read the bible quite a bit in last few years looking for some wiggle room before I pass on. I haven`t found any. Supposedly Jesus was the son of God and therefore a part of God. I believe that if god had meant for the human population of the world to be saved by the crucifixion of Jesus Christ then with all his power he would have gave us more specific , more believable and easier to understand instructions on how to conduct ourselves.Don`t ask questions just believe in Jesus Christ and be sure and send your tithe money to the people who teach us all this Bullshit. As you have probably already surmised I have very little knowledge of the bible and hope I have not misled you.

I am going to assume you are talking about the New Testament. The New Testament was written after Jesus died by those who lived with Him and around Him, second there are many other gospels that were removed such as a Gospel according to Thomas, Judas, and even Mary Magdalin. They were taken out thousands of years ago by the church believe it or not, the history of the Bible and the books that are in it are very interesting and if you are looking to become closer to God do your research and it will make your walk toward Him much more fulfilling.

you know God knew what he was doing from beginning until the end,He doesnt need us to try and justify the things he done or why he done them different than anyone else would have done them.He does them a whole lot better than anyone else could have done,Thats why He is God,you think? There is God the Father and God the Son and God the Holy Spirit and the word of God written by man inspired by God and is the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth,

Jesus taught orally just as the Apostles did, this is what is called "sacred tradition". Not everything Jesus taught and spoke of is in the bible.

I guess your question is directed towards the fundamentalist because many believers feel Jesus was the son of God.

It was not a part of the plan. He did what He came to do. He confirmed the Old testament though and promised to have a New Testament.
He gave us our intellect, and He trusts that we use it.

He was inspired, blessed, enlightened. Meaning that, other people followed him around to listen, quote, and write down what he said. So powerful was his prescence that others sought him, he wasn't seeking anyone.
