Where can I get a customized model car?

So my friend's birthday is coming up and I really need some help! I'm looking for where I can get a customized model car...this is what I need:

2003 Nissan 350Z
Orange exterior
Black Interior
Black Rims
Personalized rear licence plate (is that possible?)

E-Bay or go by Michaels/Hobby town Wal-Mart and buy a plastic model kit and have a hobbist build it up just for you and buy a plastic case to put it in.
