This seems to be a very strange form of rape. If she is not actually consenting to "sex" and he has taken advantage of her disability to convince her that she is not having sex, then he is violating her right to say no to "sex."
I would call social services (if your not sure how to reach them in your area, you can call the police and ask for a number to call for sexual abuse of a disabled adult). If you don't stand up for this girl, no one will.

If she has a caregiver, or maybe even parents, they need to be told. She's obviously being taken advantage of and that's not right. You are doing the right thing in trying to help her. I would confront your co-worker as well and tell him that you know what game he is playing and it's not right. If he continues on, contact social services or the police and ask them if there are any options.

I guess it depends on how disable she is.
If she has a caregiver - or at least someone that would assist her doing some hard stuffs she's incapable of, I'd talk to that person.
Otherwise, I'd contact a social service worker, or organizations (like Planned Parenthood or Open Arms) and asked them what to do in that kind of situation and let them take it from there.
That if you really care about what happened.
Otherwise, let them worry about it.

I would contact the girls family if it were possible or just social services. I would explain to them that she is slow and that a man is taking advantage of her and explain that she doesnt understand that she is having sex. Perhaps they can help her

If she is really mentally disabled and is being taken care of my a caregiver, I would report this to the caregiver. If she is out on her own and is able to lead a 'normal' life, then let it alone. But if she is being taken care of still, I would report this immediately. He could be taking advantage of this girl's disability and she could end up getting pregnant or even worse, a std.

Please, PLEASE report this immediately. A cousin of mine with Down's Syndrome was raped by her boyfriend because she couldn't wrap her mind around him doing anything wrong/mean/unloving/lying to her. She's suffering for that now (it's been at least six months) and will be for some time to come. If she doesn't understand she's having sex, she's definitely not ready for a baby, and needs an advocate in her corner to make sure she's not taken advantage of like this.
Good luck! (:

You did your best on trying to explain and she still doesn't understand i would let it be she's going to believe want she wants and if she gets pregnant well she'll have to deal with it thinking she's not having sex cause her bf pulls out. That will be her problem for not listening

I don't know if reporting is any good if she is of age. If you are really worried, get her parent's info, but she will hate you for that. Just keep saying it, that is all I can say.
