i make this Garlic Herb Dip all the time when i'm having people over or sometimes just to keep some in the fridge to use as a sandwich spread
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon chopped onion(i use a purple but any will do)
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste (i use kosher salt & ground pepper)
just combine all, cover and put in fridge for a few hours before serving cold...this is great with cut veggies or like i said as a sandwich spread
another good dip i make alot is a Creamy Jalapeno(you can adjust the hotness level with the amt. of jalapenos you add)
1 16 oz sour cream
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix
1/2 cup pickled jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup canned green chiles
handful of fresh cilantro leaves
salt to taste
put all in a blender and pulse until sorty runny...pour into a bowl and put in fridge until very cool, usually about 3 hours...this is great with chips and i also use it as an enchilada sauce.
hope this helps!

These are a couple that I make - they always seem to be popular.
Corn relish dip.
1/2 jar corn relish
1 tub sour cream
mix together the corn relish and the sour cream in a little bowl. it is really yummy.
Tzatsiki Dip (greek yogurt dip)
16 0z. Plain yogurt
1 cucumber
3-4 cloves of garlic (or 2 teaspoons jar pre-minced garlic)
2 TBS. chives
1 TSP. olive oil
1. Peel and grate the cucumber.
2. Set the cucumber aside in a colander or strainer, to allow excess liquid to drain away.
3. Finely chop or press garlic.
4. Place yogurt into a bowl, add garlic, oil, and cucumber.
5. Stir well.
ready! I usually make little tiny lamb ground beef (minced meat) meatballs to serve with this dip - they go really well together.
These are both really delicious and really easy.

Saludos.
