After a hysterectomy, there is no longer a uterus, so there is no-where for fibrous uterine tumors to form.

So no, you can't get more after your hysterectomy.

If they are uterine fibroids, they will not come back because when they do a partial hysterectomy, they remove your uterus. Total hysterectomy and partial hysterectomy are the same thing really...the removal of the uterus. Sometimes they also remove the ovaries which is actually called an oopherectomy, but some people mistakenly think that is what makes it a total hysterectomy.

I've know a few girls who have gotten multiple tumors, sadly enough.
