My kids father shows at least 7 signs of antisocial personality disorder. Everything he does, says, looks at a certain way, thinks... it all benefits him eventually. When he keeps the children, how long he keeps them, it is always at his convenience, and if it's not convenient for him, he makes his mother take them by guilt tripping her about how bad a mother she was to him. He lies about what he's paid to the daycare, leaving me responsible and I'm so strapped that milk is a luxury. He constantly gets on his mom and I about carseats, but never remembers them... he is manipulation central. I don't want my children to grow up thinking it's ok to use people like he does.
He's a liar, he has no respect for ANYONE/THING. He feels the world owes him something. No self accountability at all.
He's illegal. His help at this point is worthless.Which is better; seeing him do nothing or be sure that there is no way I can even try to ask for some fairness?
He does love his kids.

He has a 10 year re-entry ban into the US. From anywhere. He can apply for a visa after the 10 years. He may not get a visa, and it would take several more years. You could marry him and sponsor him as your spouse after the 10 years. You might be able to apply for a waiver on the 10 year ban - but you need an AILA (an immigration specialist) lawyer. The 10 years is not a punishment. It is the penalty for illegally entering the US.

Situations like this are typical of why our government and by extension us as taxpayers are economically screwed up, supporting the aftermath of a bunch of idiotic decisions, maybe forever. Unfortunately, individuals from families like yours tend to perpetuate their social ills from generation to generation.

I don't think you can have this guy deported. So far as I know, the only people our government deports are convicted criminals. You "legitimized" this character, at least make him pay child support. If he refuses, then MAYBE he can be deported, I don't know.

If he isn't paying child support...
If he is leaving you holding the bag for everything...
If you don't want the kids to take after him...
If you don't want to put up with his crap...
Then, yes, have him shipped back.
You can always get AFDC or something like that to help with the kids.

oh, gee. like he wasn't like this BEFORE you had kids with him. you are as much to blame as he is, you know.
quit your b!tching and do what you need to do. you wanted to have children with a goof now you pay the price.
if he doesn't pay you enough money YOU get a second job. you play, you pay.... time to pony up!!!
then you say, "he does love his kids" anyone that loves their kids does not act this way.... they support their children and don't do things to make things miserable for their kids or others affecting his children...
WAKE UP LADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
