i want to get marryed in a court room in saan diego, cali.

yes, but most places have a certain day that its open. say the third Thursday of every month they do 15 weddings. call the courthouse (circuit clerk's office) to find out...if they don't know they will know who to send you too.

I think it all depends. My sister got married right smack in the middle of a trail. The judge who was going to marry them was running late and in the middle of a trail, so she (the judge) stopped the trail and married my sister and her new husband. It was the coolest thing ever!!
