I have been married what will be 5 yrs soon getting a nasty divorce and I am 25 yrs old going on 26 ;my husband is 35 yrs old.I have a daughter who is 5 yrs old from a previous relationship with an ex.bf and a son who will be turning 2 yrs old.
Long story short hubby cheated we seperated for 5-6 month(he moved in with his secratary) and i cheated in retaliation with my daughters bio-dad.When hubby and i got back together i was unaware i was pregnant with my now almost 2 yr old son.I informed hubby of the situation of paternity issues but the when the doctor placed the DOC in the timeline we got back together hubby said dna test was unnecessary.Well due to a medical emergency when my son was 1.5 we were forced to get a dna test done and it came out the child was not my hubbys which lead to my current divorce proceedings.I was a teacher but have not worked in 2 yrs.My ex.bf is still angry this happened he pays $600 in CS for our daughter but now we have a son?

If the child support is ordered by the court for your daughter (and it should be) then you need to petition the family court for child support for your son.
I wouldn't trust your ex's say so on how much and how often he'll pay up for his son too.

edit.. You petition the court in your state.

Tell him, sorry, that the doctor was wrong and that if he doens't want to pay extra for your son that you will have to take him back to court. It is not your son's fault, and he deserves to get to know his real dad and be supported. Also, it looks like you will be having to return to work, so make sure you get him to pay for part of the day care costs.

Oh, excuse me! I was re-reading this for the third time trying to find the adult in this story! I think you already know the legal issues, you are an educated woman. So, all I can figure is you were looking for someone to rally to your side. Sorry, it is not going to be me.
