Need Some good ideas for a special occasion? Romantic ppl!?

Well my girlfriend is turning 18th on October 31st, well also its halloween! I was just wondering how to make it memorable for her, i dont have a lot of money, meaning i dont have a job right now cuz i am concentrating on school, but i saved up around $200 what would be romantic,cute, memorable for her! Appreaciate all ideas! thanks

I'd suggest renting some exciting costumes, or buying vintage clothes at the thrift store, and go to a party or a club that's having a costume contest. Check out theatres for costumes--if they rent from their stock they will be cheaper than a rental store.
