Jesus is a image of God and the word of God, not God himself. Otherwise Jesus lied to everyone saying "no one has seen God at anytime." - John 1:18

God the Father
God the Son
God the Holy Spirit..
the Holy Trinity is one God.
1Co 2:8 read it
1 John 5:8
Mt 28:19. Jesus said the name of the Holy Trinity not the names.

Jesus is God but in the role of the son. God is God. It's like a husband when he is at work he maybe a doctor, this is what he does and this is the role we see him in. When he goes home he is still a doctor, but he is a husband to his wife. So he cuts the grass and does his job as the husband. If they have kids, then he is a father as well. He plays with them, teaches them and takes care of them. All three of these are the same person yet they play and do different things in regard to the role they are in. That is the same way I see God. As Jesus. the Holy Spirit, and God the father. All are the same being yet have different roles that each must fulfill.

This is the third time i have basically seen this question in the last few days, and here is my reply to a former query. .

Jesus Christ is not "a" God, but can properly be called god because He has the same unique Divine uncreated nature as God the Father and His Holy Spirit:

(John 20:27-28) "Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. {28} And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God."

But the Father does not pray to Jesus, as there is an order within the God head:

(1 Cor 11:3) "But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God."

As a husband is the head of his wife, even though she has the same nature (unlike an insect) and is essentially equal spiritually, so God is the head of Christ.

The Father did call Jesus God however, as in Heb 1:8: "But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom."

And His Spirit declares

(John 1:1-3) "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. {2} The same was in the beginning with God. {3} All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made."

(John 1:14) "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."

God reserves to Himself certain unique titles, glory and attributes, which no man or angel can claim without being a blasphemer. Jesus and the Scripture apply such to Him, and thus the spiritually blind Pharisees went about to kill Him, because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God" (John 10:33). Jesus went on to basically explain that if the Bible called Israel's judges of old "gods" in the positional sense, how much more that title applied to Him, seeing that He, as the Son of God, not only had such authority but the same Divine nature.

This is most clearly what the Scripture reveals, and you can see more here: http://peacebyjesus.witnesstoday.org/DEITYofCHRIST.html

As every knee shall one day bow to Him, may you do so now, asking Him to be your Lord and Savior!

Christians consider Jesus God. The Father, The Son (Jesus), and Holy Spirit make up the Holey Trinity. So it seems like it a polytheistic religon but Christians consider it a three beings (for lack of a better word) in one God.

Jesus is God (capital G). Meaning the Creator God.
god (little g) represents things we worship, like: Money is our god! Material things is our god.
