No.
Just as it is appointed that human beings die once, and after this the judgment ... (Hebrews 9:27)
Catholics and most other Christians believe there is no "reincarnation" after death.
Death is the end of man's earthly pilgrimage, of the time of grace and mercy which God offers him so as to work out his earthly life in keeping with the divine plan, and to decide his ultimate destiny. When "the single course of our earthly life" is completed, we shall not return to other earthly lives.

The Bible has a verse which states that it is destined unto a "man to die once and then the judgment." Many accept this as evidence that we only have one human life. The Catholic Church does believe in the afterlife and has a long-standing respect for those who have died and now reside in Paradise - the saints. A wise man once said, we only have one life, and if we do it right, once should be enough. Eternal spirits have no life-span since time is a concept of mankind.

I don't know about catholics, but I would like you to know that I do. I had the chance to go through a regression once, but I gave up. I was too scared... I am afraid of finding out how I died, because I have the impression I was murdered by someone I trusted. I have problems on trusting people, even silly games like "close your eyes, I have a surprise for you"... I simply freak out and I can't close my eyes and I always think the person wants to kill me...
Well, I do believe in past lives.
Peace!

no, Catholics do NOT believe in reincarnation. It is completely against every kind of Christianity because reincarnation denies the fact that God has created every soul to be completely unique, and also denies the fact that when life is over, we all will end up in either Heaven or Hell. ( purgatory is for those who will eventually get to Heaven)

Like somebody already stated, the Bible were edited for the time of the Roman time while Christianity grew to grow to be the actual faith over there. solid believers of course argue approximately this... yet i don't care. i'm happy to be attentive to it for myself, somebody else could be attentive to in any different case... to illustrate the Phobias human beings have... A Phobia is an irrational concern, nicely, it turns into rational as you incorporate that individual's previous lives, because of the fact the fears human beings have many times originate from the harsh circumstances of background. i've got study numerous books approximately this (Brian Weiss MD, Roger Woolger MD...) and one occasion they have met of their previous existence regression therapy, grow to be of a individual with claustrophobia in contemporary existence. She found out that she grow to be buried alive in historical circumstances, can not remember the place....

Nowhere in the Bible does it say anything about past lives and reincarnation. So i hope not. Catholic doctrine is totally unbiblical, as I have come to understand. I strongly discourage you in ur pursuit. NOTE the word discourage. Im not flaring, im just saying the truth.
