ok this is kinda weird but my stoach is a little chubby just a little on the top part amd on the bottom it hangs down like im 50 lbd overweight or obesee but im not im 5 8 and 170 and barely over oveweight and my face recantly looks fatter because i atee and went to sleep this noe day and ever since i woke up my face looks fat i need help and i went downstairs to run but i ate like at 7 and wanted to wo at 8 but tht didnt work so what should i do about this stomach fat and face fat how lonf will this take me i am willing to give it 2 months i have something special in 2 months so please helpp

With those measurements if you do look like 50lbs overweight you would have "0" muscle. Fat around the belly is worse, health wise, than fat anywhere else.(Long explanation). I don't have a weight chart handy but I'm guessing your ideal weight is 150-160. So you do not need to lose that much, but you need to change some of the fat weight to muscle weight. That must be done 100% by exercise. If you are otherwise healthy, I would recommend 1 hour of hard physical exercise 5 days a week for those 2 months. You will not need to diet below what you are eating now because the exercise will burn off the calories. Try to vary the exercise; running, weights, cycling, team sports etc.

If you are not a guy this is all wrong.
