Dealing with a classmate?

There is this kid in my class who i have to sit next to and he is so annoying. He said we were friends, which to him means; "I'll only like you if you let me copy answers from your papers." I don't mind helping or giving "nudges" toward the correct answer once in a while, but it is every time we have an assignment and he just copies whatever I write down. If I don't give in right away, he starts calling me gay and "like such as." and making excuses that he had a football game and couldn't do it. He is also constantly in my face and makes a big deal out of everything i do! I've told him to leave me alone and to mind his own business many times. It is only the 4th week of school and I'm already at my wits end! what should I do?

he wasn't calling me "like, such as." i was just making a joke about Ms. Teen SC. "The Iraq like, such as and..."

its not tests, its just assignments and its soo annoying.

I have had the same problem too.
What i suggest you do is on a test copy down all the wrong answers after you do this and class gets out. Go to your teacher and tell her that you need to retake your test. explain what has happened and i she doesn't believe you tell her to look at your answers and compare them to his test. she will then realize it is true and then tell her how you intentionally wrote down the wrong answers so he would maybe get the hint and stop copying you.
or if you don't want to take the chance of that not working just go up to your teacher and ask her to move you. If she asks why tell her the reason why but then tell her not to tell any one the reason she moved you. that way you don't have to deal with his copying or him saying crap to you about telling the teacher.

you can appeal your case to the high priest
cry, and make hymn feel bad
do an immitation of a certain firehouse trip, and get out of class.
tell uncle Marios friend, and he can settle an agreement.
talk to the man with all the girls who sits in the back of the church, since it is likely he has connections with some very powerful people, but that may not work if any relatives harassed his daughters.

These are not folks that you want as friends. These are users. They use every one else to get by in life.
