I've had an NDE and multiple, MULTIPLE OBE's.
When I was a Christian, I had powerful visions of the Crucifixion that left me bawling my eyes out for hours, utterly convicted of being a sinner.
Now that I'm not a Christian, I have equally powerful visions -- of Fenris Wolf.
Abnormal state of neurology interpreted to make sense of the abnormality.

Are you saying that I am missing a chunk of my brain?
I never had a religious experience yet I think that they (from what I have read and heard) relate closely with neurology.
Neuro is really fun. Soon I will take a neuro-psych class...yeah just for fun. Yeah I am a major geek!
