Many people use this verse referring to physical healing. I wonder how accurate that is. I know God does heal people physically, but I'm not sure it has to do with His wounds. Although His wounds bring about spiritual healing. what are your thoughts on this?

By His stripes we Were Healed ! It's already been paid for. Jesus took 39 stripes. All disease originates from 39 different illnesses. He took a stripe for each one ! It's up to us to receive It. Only God knows what's In the heart of every man... I thnk Him for the sacrifice He made for ALL.

By his stripes we are Healed...that is physical healing..His stripes was physical ..He took the beatings so we will be healed..He died so we would be saved..Jesus paid all the prices for us all we need now is the faith and Healing Salvation what ever we need is there for free..Ask and ye shall receive..Jesus came to this world to save us from everything..in order to protect us from Satan Jesus had to be temped by Satan and not fall for his lies..in order for people to go to Heaven that hasn't been baptized Jesus had to be baptized...so for us to be healed he had to be beat and wounded even poked in the side with a spear..for us to be saved he had to die and be risen..

I believe here it means spiritual healing and not physical since his death was for the spiritual sins of the world. Isa. 53:5

By his wounds to me would mean, that through Jesus we can be saved. James 5 I think it is talks about the other kind. I believe what you said would be right.
