At college I can only eat lunch around 10:30 how my classes are scheduled.. if I wait until my last class its 4:50. So since I eat lunch so early should I be eating a breakfast?

You could consider your meal at 10:30 your breakfast, and have a small snack to-go. it is important to start your day with at least a little something in your stomach. you could have a meal promptly after school and a later dinner could be around 8ish. i would assume you stay up later than that.

**keep in mind, you should not eat an hour and a half before bed. your metabolism practically stops when you are sleeping and if the food you've just eaten is still festering in your stomach, your body will turn more of it into fat!


Another way to do it i guess is have an early breakfast, a 10:30 lunch, and a 5:00-5:30 dinner. you could have a snack afterwards if needed...

Like x said - eat a little something first thing in the morning.
At least a big glass of juice or a piece of fruit for a bowl of cereal. Take a healthy snack or two to school with you and eat it around two PM.

Yes, because in the early morning your body needs the nutrients for energy. If you eat later, the body will obsorb and store fat, not to mention it's unhealthy and may cause diabetes in the future.

yes, eat a light breakfast. Try something light that's high in fiber & protein, like cereal.

Also, you may want to snack on granola or almonds during your classes to keep your metabolism going.

if your feeling hungry hours prior to your "lunch" than you should eat something for breakfast before you 1030 meal. if your not feeling hungry until around this time, it's probably ok to skip it. listen to your body. it will let you know when you need to eat.

yes you should. it helps you burn fat when you arent doing anything. breakfast is a BREAK from FASTING overnight. and your body needs fuel after it fasts so yes you should eat

If anything, eat a bagel and orange juice, it will be enough to get you started.

yes and I have been doing this to cut the chub and working
you burn the early meal
