It depends what you are doing. If you are doing weight lifting with the same body parts every day, then that is too much.

If you are doing cardio and/or doing different weight-training exercises, then this should not affect your results.

It sounds like your routine is pretty good. Just keep up the good work!

It's best to have at least a day in between work outs. 2 days rest is optimum but you're body can cope if you're already pretty fit. The muscles will rest over night and need to rebuild during the day, should be ready for the day after depending on intensity. If muscles are sore generally rest a little bit longer as that's a sign of muscle damage and they'll need a day or two to rebuild.

well for starters so ur not as tired or soar, stretch before and after, and take 15-30 second breaks between sets. It is not a big deal to work out 5 days a week i do the same, just do not overwork yourself, get 9 hours of sleep a night and stay hydrated. Hope this helps

Your muscles repair and grow during rest periods. If youre not getting enough rest, your muscles arent growing. You can workout everyday of the week, just make sure youre not working every muscle everyday. Give each muscle group a week to rest.

it is always wise to rest between work outs. Your body can only handle soooo much... try working out Monday, Wednesday, Friday! Or maybe Sunday Tuesday Thursday. either way, your body will have time to recuperate and generate its self before your next session.

if you're doing cardio, two days of rest a week is fine. if you're lifting weights, make sure you give yourself 48 hours between sessions to let your muscles repair themselves and to prevent injury.

try doing it three days a week. Your body needs a break, especially if you are doing weight training.
