The same as any other dog? Wow, it's not like pit bulls are another species or something. Take it to the damn vet. If you were responsible enough, you wouldn't even be asking this question. Sorry, but it sounds ridiculous. By the way, why do you even have a puppy that young?

Right now at three weeks old it doesn't need any shots, however you do need to take it to a veternarian and get it checked for worms and have that done as needed. Puppies will get worms from the mother's milk and will kill a puppy if it doesn't get wormed. Once it reaches 6 weeks of old it will have to have it's first parvo shot. This is very important to do as parvo as so prevalent and is a killer disease in not just puppies but all dogs. After that approximately every two weeks it will need to get it other puppy shots and a booster parvo until it reaches about 3 months old. At that time it will receive it's rabies shot and at six months old will receive it's final booster parvo shot. My vet does my puppy shots for me and wormings.

At three weeks old it should still be with it's mother. If it was abandoned I hope you are bottle feeding it. It is too young for any shots but in about three weeks he can get his first set of shots. Typically it is some kind of distemper/parvo combo shot. He will need two more sets after that at about three week intervals. And then at about 6 months of age he can get a rabies shot.

No vaccinations until the puppy is 8 weeks old. Then he will need distemper/parvo/adenovirus-2/canine hepatitis. He wil lneed a repeat at 12 weeks and again at 16 weeks. At 20 weeks or older he will need his rabies vaccination.

None at 3 weeks. You shouldn't even have him away from his mother at that age.

Go to the vet, talk to her/him and get a vaccine schedule. Generally vaccines start at 8 weeks (maybe 6 in some places) and go monthly for 3 or 4 rounds.
