It doesn't seem fair that all humans should be punished for the fall of Adam and Eve. After all, neither I nor anyone currently living could have done anything to prevent it. This type of global punishment for the indiscretion of only one individual is a direct violation of the Geneva Convention.

If God didn't want Adam or Eve to eat the fruit of knowledge, then why did He make them so curious? It seems like God bears some of the responsibility for humanity's failings. Maybe I should write Him a letter.

Sure, maybe Jesus came around to "forgive" our sins, but I want an earthly paradise! God, I hope you're listening to me!

It is a parable. They partook of the knowledge of Good and Evil. Neither is real, but because of that, they "infected" themselves and their children, all that are born to them and taught by them, the same flaw in reasoning and perception.

You eat of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil yourself. You create much of your own suffering.

Some few of us do not.

I am not religious. The parable still has wisdom to impart.

Before the Eve's story there was another Greek mythological story ,are you familiar with the Pandora's myth?
Pandora is given a locked box and its key by Hermes, who tells her that she can do whatever she likes with the box besides opening it;the evils of mankind had been long ago sealed away in a jar , Pandora , who knew the box was filled with horrible things, deliberately unleashed them into the world, saving Hope at the bottom of the box as a cruel torture. This myth portrays Pandora, and all women, as a plague upon mankind; she is seen as beautiful on the outside, but rotted out and ugly on the inside.
Just like Eve, Pandora was the cause of the evil, the sins of mankind.
It is all mythology my friend, those men that wrote those stories were obviously misogynistic, these stories reflect the ancient cultures where women were seen as inferior to men.

Well, that's only in christianity. In Islam, the sin of Adam is between G-d and Adam, not G-d and you. It does not carry over to you so you are free of the christian concept of "original sin." To do otherwise would be unjust. You cannot punish the son for the father's crime. The G-d of Islam is a just G-d. As such, that G-d does not hold you accountable for the sin of Adam.

Who said sin is fair? Why are you applying modern laws to something that happened when civilization first began? God gave us choice. Eve was tempted and she made the wrong choice. Why is God responsible for humanities sin. He didn't do it. Do you think you are better than God? Why don't you pray to Him and see how He answers you. Pray to Him honestly.

Your pleading is futile. God doesn't exist and the Bible is completely false.
