Thanks for all the respones, the site states he does not respond to emails all that often and I have emailed him the same question. Additionally I guess I was too specific by saying print. I am just trying to find the artist and the title of the print, in any format I can.

Hi! I've been searching as well and it certainly appears to be a well done illustration from a 50's advertisement. It seems to have a jpg. listing of 'Before and After.' (I have searched the title and have come up empty so it may just be an archival tag. I'm pretty sure 'Bean Me Up' is meant as a humorous reference to Star Trek which certainly post-dates it.) My suggestion.... why don't you contact 'Advertising Age,' which is the bible of the industry and has been for 60 odd years. Someone there should be able to lead you in the right direction in a heartbeat. I hope this helps... and I know you can find it!

Going by the hair and dress, I'd say it is from the mid to late 1950s. Definitely an advertisement. Maxwell House Coffee? Lipton Tea? Write to these companies and ask the name of the artist.

It seems to be called Bean Me Up...I looked through the gallery and saw that some of the other pieces are referenced, but this isn't. I think maybe you should contact the site and see if they have any further information about it.

I think it was used in a coffee advertisement back in the late forty's is all that I recall. Uncertain, I was a small kid then.
