I am wondering specifically how one comes by the certification. Is there a test given by the government? Must one have any amount of on the job experience? That sort of thing.

Thanks.

Go to a respectable veterinarian's office and ask how they did it.

That would be a veterinarian or they have to be a state certified animal control specialist. Not right because I know a lot of people that specifically went into animal control or became veterinarians that really love animals and it breaks them up every time they have to put an animal down.

Wouldn't it be scary though if they decided to do the same thing for people sorry we just can't fix you we're just going to have to put you down. Once I would have said we need that sort of thing, but fortunately I have gained a healthy respect for human life. Thank you Jesus.

I think the only people who are certified to euthanize are Veterinarians, and maybe their techs. In this case they use a series of drugs.
