A fundie is out of his mind and doesn't reason, an atheist probably does, so I'd say the first option would be the lethal one.

When you are hateful of people with different beliefs, and dont believe your own mantra of diversity, and multiculturalism, and scream tolerance all day long, but never practice it. Then you would believe a Fundie is more dangerous. Did you know the fundie probably believes its wrong, but what does the atheist believe ?
