1. No religion - I started to say no military as being the best, but then I got to thinking about suicide bombers and such that aren't part of a military.
2. No military - With no military, there would be no war between countries.
3. No government - No government would be bad because then who would take care of the roads, enact laws, etc.
4. No science - Without science, there would be no more cures developed, technology wouldn't advance, etc.

3. No religion. We need government or there would be anarchy. We need military because people still want to control others no matter what and will often kill to do it. We need science because science actually solves problems.
Religion provides no help whatsoever but does allow people to deny that they have to do anything with their lives other than pray.
