my son is 16 and for the past 6 months he has been pooing his pants and weting his bed again i dont what to do he want go and see a doc so what should i do thanks

Take him to the doctor.He got have something wrong pyschically or mentally.

give him time. He might have problems in school or new friends or have problems inside that you cant find my friend was like that till she was 16 also and she stopped on her own on both. He could have what they call an enlarged colon like my friend had and he will evenually grow out of it if they can tell you if he has an enlarged colon at the doctor even if he does not want to go well good luck with him....

I'd guess he's drinking or doing drugs. Start by make him do his own laundry. And don't do it for him no matter how rancid he smells. if he wears dirty clothing so be it. you're the parent if you say he's going to the doctor, he's going to the doctor, make the appointment and tell him the 2 of you have some place to be.

You are describing symptoms of molestation.

Your son should see a medical professional. You are his parent, he is not yet an adult, it is your responsibility to get him there some how.

Is there something wrong with his bladder?Something happened in childhood? Have you asked why he does this? Talk with your son and see a doctor.
