i am 5'8 and 1/2 inches tall and 136 pounds! am i at a healthy weight? i eat a lot of fruits, but not very active!

You're at a good weight for your height. You don't need to lose any weight, and you really don't need to gain weight. If you're able to maintain your weight without activity then you're doing it right. Keep eating healthy foods and get activity where you can, and you should be able to keep your weight stable.

For females, it's 100 pounds for the first 5 feet and 5 pounds for each additional inch. Your ideal weight is 143. 136 is a good weight.

Here's a guy's opinion: You're not fat. I've dated a girl who's 5'7 and 136, she wasn't fat. I dated a girl who's 5'6 and 150, she had some extra weight, but it didn't look bad (I like that look). My girlfriend now is 5'4 and 110 lbs.

Bottom line: Waste your time worrying about other stuff. I'm sure you're great.

You're not fat, my mom is like the same height as you, but she weighs like 120 or 130 pounds... I can't remember what she told me...
