I am on punishment and am not allowed to get on the computer unless its edacational purporses she asked me once if what i was doing is for homework i said yes 10 minutes later she asked again i said yes 18 minutes later she asked again i got mad and told YES WHY YOU KEEP ASKING ME THE SAME THING then she said your on yahoo then im like yahoo answer geting help with my homework now can you quit buging me now for like 5 minutes shes been going on and on about me being dissrespectfull im the son shes the mother and no matter how much times she ask i must answer so after her rambeling i tell her im trying to do my homework can you stop then she hits me with the belt and say its her house and she pays the bills and she can go on and on as long as she wants then i ask her can she do that in her room im trying to study for a test and she hits me again what her problem

Did you ever think of switching the way you responded? Like a little more respectful which you were not. Sample: "Yes mom this homework is little more than I expected, " I'm still at it." "I thought I would be done already." "I want to make sure it is perfect." and so on. Then do your homework! Being cool, calm and collective is always, always a better strategy, it's ALL about the ATTITUDE Dude.

Why are you being punished ?
If part of the punishment is only using the computer for homework you should stick to her rule.

Bad news- You cannot change your mom's attitude either by shouting back or not answering.
Parents react/overreact when they have hear/see about other kids who got "ruined". Their fears are legible but leashing you is not. You can just gain their trust by doing different stuff like doing better at school, talking intelligently in front of their friends etc.

OUR MOMS!!!
that is ONE of the exact things my mom do. she has been threatening me with the house thing and that she pays the bills.
but MY mom doesnt even have a job, she only relys on my dad to give her money to live.
I always talk back to her saying she is very annoying and so on.
Our type of moms = Annoying Ignorant B*tches
The only thing you/we can do is not talk back and take the **** she says about us. THEN talk to the DADS about her.

Your mother sounds EXACTLY like my mom. Just don't say anything unless its yes ma'm and no ma'm. I know that may sound hard but trust me it will get you by and it is hard.
My mom has been bugging me also.
