You guys need to sit down and talk about it. That's the only way to figure him out. He should be willing to talk as adults. Accusing will get you no where and if you are in fact wrong about it, it'll just tear you guys apart anyways. Something is obviously bothering him. Just try to be understanding and talk to him about it and try to work things out. Good luck.

It is possible that you are being too sensitive or self-conscious about your boyfriend. Some guys , unfortunately, are not very romantic, and he may interpret your complaints as a sign that you are too demanding, needy, or clinging. However, if you feel that you are not over-reacting, and that your observations are accurate and true, then you most certainly should tell him . Choose your time and place carefully, point out; using specific instances, what you are saying , ask him if he has a romantic interest in his friend, and then find out how you can improve what you both have . If his response is not positive or he makes no effort to meet you half-way, or he indicates he no longer wants to be with you, then you may have to make some difficult decisions. I hope though that this is a minor oversight on his part and that you can both get back on track and enjoy a terrific romance. Good luck.

Your whole life and future do not depend on how this boy reacts to you. There is much more important stuff that you need to address like your education, your family and your future career. He probably just realizes that you are not THE ONE he wants to spend his life with and is cooling things off. Be glad! Breaking up is hard, but sometimes it frees both of you up so that you can go on with your future.
