what can i do to make the pain shot? im 13?

The pain will go away in a few days. The tetanus shots are extremely painful because they go into the muscle. Do the ice thing and take some over the counter pain meds if necessary. You may want to try alternating the cold pack with some heat to soothe the muscle. Try not to do any heavy lifting with that arm for a few days. Hope ya feel better soon.

tetnis shots are always hurt after!!! i played basketball after i got one and everytime i got blocked, it felt like i had a bruise. if it really hurts, take advil. liquid gels release the medicine quicker so take those!!!

Take an advil and put an ice-pack on it. Also try and keep the arm moving don't favour it.
